He proposed her in meeting at the same place where she used to take a seat being comforted after getting back from school. That was not an accidental prompt it was all curated in his mind, but he was extremely scared at the time. The fear was mainly about the feeling of breaking his own heart again. Everything in his mind was ricochetting like how she would react to it and almost did it with his ongoing silence after hearing his proposal.
Munnajan started with talking with her, about love in an emotional way. All she did just silently listened to his proposal and all he had to say then eluded that place with a cute bye that he can’t forget for his life. She was totally baffled by the exaggeration to a proposal like that and also that acting in her view that she never faced in her lifetime. He thought some positively that behavior of her as she used to do like that in many discussions related issue about relationship then act on the other day, that she will come on the other day. He was right then.
She told him while eluding the place that she wanted to complete her education first then this marriage thing – how cute! She just didn’t want to get into this and told him to take her as his sister otherwise the friendly conversation would stop there. He told her that he wouldn’t get her as his sister because she was not his sister as he looked after her from the first and it matters. He just wanted to love her and want to see her as his wife in future.
She was so uncomfortable by his lovely behavior towards her. She was totally faded up by his love approach incessantly day by day and one day said with frustration that she was never going to talk to him again if he continues like that.
After this they both stopped talking to each other and kept distance for at least three days. They just saw their glimpse and missed each other these days. They ignored each other with an inexplicable feeling inside their hearts like it was in million heartbeats sometimes. They felt that cramp whenever they had to have meals.
After three days of detachment god gave them a clue to solve this together for the first time. There was an opening celebration of doctors’ chamber in front of the shop coincidentally at the day Munnajan took birth. That day he was too busy to take responsibilities for the shop and for other guest handling work to make that program a flexible one as he was the most flexible man there. At a time of the program, he went inside the house premises to bring something from there may be that was plastic glasses.
She was there in front of him strolling here and there and as he found none there to serve with the issue, he told her to, and she did without excuse and in a sudden. She was upset too at that time and all her face was dimmed with that sorrow and cramp in heart as he was in that too he felt double at that situation. Taking the glass from her as if everything is happening slowly looking into her eyes, he sometimes lost his mind to say something.
Leaving that place with a heartache he told her to meet with her if she was interested to know what he had to say for the last time and there would be a deep discussion. They never met that day because there were people around everywhere that they felt insecure to talk anytime longer than that. He had to do other works also that day with a great spirit of his birthday.
The next day he came up early in the shop, sleep was well but a little restless. He bought some chocolates for kids of the house and gave it to the shop owner’s wife. He told her that the previous day was his birthday, and, in every birthday, he used to give children chocolates.
The main intention for giving these chocolates was maybe his love then get some of it and he will be relieved hearing it from her. That day after school in afternoon when he opened the shop, he was waiting for her to come lately. He started to search her with his eyes here and there front the door of the shop and after a while she was coming with a faint shy body language and a suppressed smile in her lips. Her eyer were glistening with pure love.
She entered the shop with a great interest mixed with a fear of unknown and a bright smile with a faint walk.
